Reduce HR incidents including workplace discriminaiton

PDFPrintE-mail

Workplace discrimination can be blatant and malicious, or it may have been meant innocently. Either way, companies have a legal obligation to fight it and to demonstrate they are doing so.

Examples may include:
• Not appointing someone of a particular race, or the ‘wrong’ sex
• Passing over someone for promotion
• Inappropriate reference to a person’s race or colour
• Sexist or racist humour that causes offence, even if unintentionally
• Inappropriate sexual overtures or innuendo

A-WARE enables you to record every incident so you can see problems developing and nip them in the bud. It doesn’t just create entries and log information; it sets up a series of relevant actions, such as one-to-one interviews.
